    Check that the oven is turned on at the mains power.

  • 2.

    Check that the oven circuit is switched ON at the fuse board (also known as the Consumer Unit or Distribution Board). If either, or both, the oven switch or the RCD (if your fuse board has one) is in the OFF position, check for any faults with the oven and try switching the switches back into the ON position.

    If either or both switches trip back into the OFF position, contact an electrician or your installation engineer to investigate the faults.

    The oven will normally have its own circuit breaker switch.

    Check that the oven door has been shut.

  • 4.

    Check that the oven has been turned to the correct function and temperature.

  • 5. Check no timers or delayed start have been enabled.
