    Check that the child lock is not enabled.

  • 2. Disconnect the oven from the mains power for a few minutes, then reconnect and switch on.
  • 3. If the problem persists and the product is within warranty, please contact the service department. If the product is outside of the warranty period, you may need to contact a qualified repair service.
