• 1. Rotating the knob, select Pro, press the knob to confirm your choice.
  • 2. Choose whether you wish to pre-heat the oven before pacing items into the oven.
  • 3. Rotate the knob to the required cooking mode (e.g. Top + Bottom heat). Press the knob to confirm the selection.

  • 4. Rotate the knob to the required cooking temperature. Press the knob to confirm the selection.
  • 5.

    Push the knob to set a fixed cooking time.

  • 6. Rotate the knob to set a fixed cooking time. The cook time is displayed, followed by the end time of the cooking cycle. Push the knob to confirm the selection.
    In this example the time is 12:17, we add a 20 minute cooking time. The end cooking time is displayed as 12:37.

    Push the knob to set a delay to the start time, if required.

  • 8. Push the knob to select multiphase cooking.
    Multiphase cooking allows you to combine 3 separate phases of cooking in one cycle.
  • 9.

    Rotating the knob, select Phase 2 of multiphase and press the knob to confirm the selection.

  • 10.

    Set the desired cooking functions for phase 2 cooking (see steps 3 — 6 for setting the programme).

  • 11.

    If required, rotate the knob to select phase 3 and follow the previous steps.

  • 12.

    The cooking mode, temperature and time are displayed for each step.

  • 13.

    The end time for all cooking phases is displayed.

    Note: This includes any delayed start timers you have already set. See the Using delayed start topic for more information.
  • 14.

    Press the start/ stop key to being the cooking process.

  • 15.

    The cooking process will begin.

    A countdown of the current phase is displayed below the end cooking time.
  • 16.

    To cancel a phase of cooking, rotate and then push the knob to cancel it (displayed by a cross mark).

    Note: You can only cancel phases that have not yet started.
  • 17.

    When all cooking phases are complete, open the oven door and using oven gloves remove the food.
