    Open the oven.

    Place the food onto the desired grid or tray (e.g. the deep tray).

  • 3.

    Locate the meat probe connection.

    The top oven thermostat and warning lights will illuminate.

  • 4. Unscrew the probe connection cap and insert the meat probe plug.
  • 5.

    Stick the meat probe into the food you are about to cook.

    If any timer settings were active previously, they will be cancelled.
  • 6.

    Rotate the knob to choose the required cooking mode (e.g. Hot air) and press the knob to confirm the selection.

  • 7.

    Rotate the knob to select the cooking temperature.

  • 8.

    Rotate the knob to select the required core temperature. This is the final temperature you desired for the dish.

    The core/ final temperature is measured by the probe.
  • 9.

    Touch the START key to begin cooking.

  • 10. When the food has reached the set core temperature, the cooking process will stop.
    An acoustic signal will be heard to accompany the end of cooking. Press any key to stop.
  • 11.

    The Finish menu will be displayed, choose the desired option e.g. Finish with the knob.

    Open the oven and using oven gloves remove the food.

  • 13.

    Once the oven has cooled replace the meat probe cap.
