Correct positioning
Following the positioning guide as closely as possible will make sure the appliance will work at its best, but always check the details for your specific appliance in the user manual.
- 1.
Place the appliance in a well-ventilated humidity-free room with an ambient temperature above 10°C.
- 2.
Ensure that you do not obstruct the rear fan grills. It is advisable for there is at least 75mm space from the back of the appliance to the wall.
- 3.
Ensure you leave at least a 100mm space between the top of the appliance and any other surfaces.
- 4.
Ensure there is at least a 100mm space between the sides of the appliance and any other surfaces.
- 5. The appliance will also need 135° to allow the appliance doors to open.
- 6. Keep the appliance out of direct sunlight and away from any other sources of heat.
- 7. For sufficient leveling and air circulating in the lower rear section of the appliance, the bottom feet may need to be adjusted.For a detailed look on how to adjust the feet see the Adjusting the feet topic.
- 8. To allow the doors to self-close, tilt back the appliance about 10mm by turning the adjustable feet. You may need to use a suitable spanner.For a detailed look on how to adjust the feet see the Adjusting the feet topic.
