• A Factory reset is typically done as a final course of action when trying to resolve a problem with your TV (E.g., Functions not working correctly) as this process will remove all customized TV settings and return the TV to its original out-of-the-box state. Once reset the TV will return to First time set-up and you will have to re-link your Roku account.
  • 1. Press Home.
  • 2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.
  • 3. Scroll to System and press OK.
  • 4. Scroll to Advanced system settings and press OK.
  • 5. Select Factory reset and press OK.
  • 6. Select Factory reset everything and press OK.
  • 7. Enter the code shown on-screen, then select OK and press OK.
  • 8. The device will now reset to defaults and restart.
