How to perform a Factory reset
A Factory reset is typically done as a final course of action when trying to resolve a problem with your TV (E.g., Functions not working correctly) as this process will remove all customized TV settings and return the TV to its original out-of-the-box state. Once reset the TV will return to First time set-up and you will have to re-link your Roku account.
1. Press Home.
2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.
3. Scroll to System and press OK.
4. Scroll to Advanced system settings and press OK.
5. Select Factory reset and press OK.
6. Select Factory reset everything and press OK.
7. Enter the code shown on-screen, then select OK and press OK.
8. The device will now reset to defaults and restart.
