• 1. Press Home.
  • 2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.
  • 3. Scroll to Parental controls and press OK.
  • 4. Enter your PIN and select OK.
  • 5. Scroll to Reset parental controls and press the Play/Pause button 3 times to erase all parenting control settings including the PIN.
  • 6. Press OK.
  • 7. Parental Controls have been disabled. Press Home to return to the Home menu.
