How to disable Parental Controls
1. Press Home.
2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.
3. Scroll to Parental controls and press OK.
4. Enter your PIN and select OK.
5. Scroll to Reset parental controls and press the Play/Pause button 3 times to erase all parenting control settings including the PIN.
6. Press OK.
7. Parental Controls have been disabled. Press Home to return to the Home menu.
