Cooking power levels

4 cooking zones can be set to 10 power levels by selecting the desired cooking zone.

1.

0: Switched off.

2.

1 – 2: Keeping the food warm and slow cooking of smaller amounts (lowest setting).

3.

3: Used for slow cooking.

4.

4 – 5: Slow cooking of large amounts and pan-roasting of larger chunks.

5.

6: Used for searing and browning.

6.

7 – 8: Higher heat searing.

7. 9: Used for cooking of large amounts and searing.

8.

P: Rapid Boil setting for start of the cooking process; also suitable for very large amounts of food.

9. Decimal: The decimal is used to show half step power of the current cooking level. E.g 8. (with a decimal) equals 8.5.
