Reversing the doors
Tools needed:- 8mm socket driver, philips headed screw driver, putty knife or a flat headed screw driver.
1.
Ensure the power has been switched off and remove the plug from the mains socket.
2.
Unscrew and remove the upper hinge cover (right), which is at the top right corner of the fridge.
3.
Unscrew the bolts on the upper pin hinge. (Caution: Support the fridge door whilst undoing the bolts).
4.
Remove the upper hinge pin.
5.
Lift away the fridge door and place it on a non scratching surface. (NOTE: When removing the door watch for washer(s) between the centre hinge and the top of the freezer door that may stick to the fridge door. Retain these for reuse).
6.
Open the freezer door and unscrew the bolts which hold the middle hinge.
7.
Remove the middle hinge while supporting the freezer door.
8.
Lift away the freezer door and place it on a non scratching surface (with the outside facing up).
NOTE: When removing the door watch for washer(s) between the centre hinge and the bottom of the freezer door that may stick to the fridge door. Retain these for reuse.
9.
Remove the screw hole cover from the left hand side and place them in the holes now on the right hand side.
10.
Lay the appliance down on soft foam or similar material.
11.
Remove both adjustable feet.
12.
Remove the front foot fixed board by unscrewing the bolts.
13.
Remove the lower hinge by unscrewing the bolts.
14.
Place the lower hinge on the left hand side and tighten down with the bolts.
15. Unscrew the lower hinge axis and screw into the adjacent hole.
16.
Place the front foot fixed board on the right hand side and tighten down with the bolts.
17.
Replace both adjustable feet.
18. Move the door brackets on the bottoms of the fridge and freezer doors to the opposite side.
19.
Place the freezer door onto the lower hinge.
20.
Place the middle hinge into upper hole of the freezer door, then tighten down with the bolts.
21.
Place the bottom hole of the fridge door into the middle hinge.
22. Unscrew the upper hinge axis turn the upper hinge over and screw back into place.
23.
Place the upper hinge into the top hole of the fridge door, then tighten down with the bolts.
24.
Replace the upper hinge cover (left).
25. Install the screw hole cover.
26.
Lift the appliance back into position.
27.
Open the fridge door and install the door shelves.
28.
Close the fridge door.
29.
Plug back into the mains and switch on.
30. Turn the appliance on by turning the temperature adjustment knob to the desired temperature.
