1. F12 — Water inlet fault

Check that the water tap is on. Check and clean water inlet filters. For more information see the Cleaning the water inlet filters topic.

2. Check mains water. Close the mains water tap and remove water inlet pipe. Place a container below the tap and turn on. Confirm water is coming from mains.

If the problem persists, turn off the water tap and call the service department.
