American Style Fridge Freezers

1. Make sure the fridge or freezer door is not open for long period of time as this will cause the temperature to rise.

2. Make sure the thermostat in the fridge is set to the correct setting.

Check the user manual for the correct temperature setting for your appliance.

3. Make sure when the doors on the appliance are shut there are no gaps or bulges in the seals as this will allow warm air to enter.

4. If the door is left open for more than 2 minutes the alarm stops. To reset the alarm, unplug the appliance from the mains for 1 minute, then plug it back in.
