1. Press Quick menu.

2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.

3. Scroll to System and press OK.

4. Scroll to Time and press OK.

5. Scroll to Date/Time and press OK.

6. From this screen your time and date information will be displayed and can be changed.

7. Alternatively time and date information can be found on the EPG or by pressing up on the remote.
