1. Press Quick menu.

2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.

3. Scroll to Picture and press OK.

4. Scroll to Picture Mode Settings and press OK.

5. Scroll to Adaptive Contrast and press OK.

6. Select the desired settings (E.g., Medium) and press OK.

7. The Adaptive Contrast setting has been adjusted, press EXIT to exit.
