1. The load in the appliance is unbalanced. This is usually due to there being too little in the wash to safely and effectively spin the drum. Press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the appliance.
Avoid washing single items, this will usually result in an Unb error.
2. Open the door and loosen or reorganise the clothes.
We recommend trying to do a full wash for every cycle.
3. Select a spin cycle, then press the Start/ pause button.
If the fault occurs again, please contact the after-sales service team.
4. Try adding another garment(s) to the wash cycle, this will help to balance the load.

5. To test your appliance, you can also run a spin cycle with nothing in your appliance.
