• 1. The door lock is not working correctly. The alarm will not stop until the door is unlocked.

    Press the start/pause button. The door will try to open.
  • 2. Check to see if the Child lock is on. Press and hold the temp and rinse buttons together for 2 seconds.
  • 3. Alternatively press the on/off button to restart the appliance.
