    Control Unit - Contains the oven controls.

    Grill element - Used to perform grilling functions.

    Cooking guide levels - Used for placements of trays and grids for optimum cooking efficiency.

    Telescopic pull-out guides - Used to pull out the require tray for easy access. Telescopic guides can be installed on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th level cooking level guides.

    Deep Baking Tray – Used for roasting and baking moist pastry. When not in use can be used as a drip tray.

    Never place the deep baking tray in the first guide during the cooking process, except when grilling food or using the roasting spit and you are only using the deep tray as a drip tray.

    Shallow Baking Tray – Used for baking pastries and cakes.

  • 7.

    Grid – Used for grilling or as a support for a pan, baking tray or baking dish.

  • 8. Meat Temperature Probe — Used to ascertain the temperature of cooking meat.
