• 1. Place the frozen food on a tray and place on a shelf in the oven.

    Close the oven door.

    Rotating the knob, select Extras, press the knob to confirm your choice.

  • 4.

    Rotating the knob, select Defrost, press the knob to confirm your choice.

  • 5.

    Press the knob to adjust the defrosting temperature.

  • 6. Rotate the knob to the desired temperature and press to confirm the selection.
  • 7.

    Press the start/ stop key to being the defrosting process.

    This function will not cook or bake the food, it will only help defrost it.

  • 8.

    When the defrost time is complete the Finish menu will be displayed, choose the desired option e.g. Finish with the knob.
