• 1. Check the door seals, hinges and the edge of the frame for any food residue or obstructions. Wash the door seals using a mild detergent and warm water ensuring that all surfaces are clean and free from debris.

  • 2. Ensure the top of the appliance is tilted back by 10mm to allow the doors to self close.

  • 3. Check to see if anything inside is preventing the door from closing.
