    The temperature setting maybe too high. Lower the temperature setting for 24 hours then check the appliance again. Our recommendation is to run the appliance on 1.5 — 2 setting.

  • 2. Check the door seals for cracks which could allow warm air to get in.
  • 3. Leaving the doors open for long periods of time and cause the appliance to frost up.
