1. The filters may be blocked.

2. The drainage pump may be blocked.

3. The drainage hose may be blocked or kinked. Check for any kinks in the drainage hose, then remove the hose from the waste connection and check for blockages.

4. The standpipe connection may be blocked. Remove the drainage hose from the standpipe and check for blockages.

5. The spigot connection to your drain may be blocked or covered with a cap. Remove from mains waste connection and check for blockages.
