    Check the doors are closed properly.

    Check the door seals are clean, free from debris and not damaged.


    Place a piece of paper in the door seal and close the door. If the paper is easy to remove, the door is not sealing correctly.

    Check that the thermostat is set to the correct temperature.

    The appliance may have been overfilled. Prior to putting large amounts of food into your freezer, switch on your applianceʼs ‘Super Freeze’ function for 24 hours before.

    The doors may be being opened too frequently.

    Each time the door is opened, some of the cooled air escapes and warmer air comes in.
  • 6. Check that no bottles or containers in the door shelves are preventing the appliance door from shutting properly.
