• 1. Closing the Fridge door forcefully will cause the Freezer door to pop open. Avoid slamming the doors shut.

    This is normal and is caused by the air pressure through the air ducting.
  • 2. Clean around the door seal and ensure there are no obstructions stopping the door from closing.

  • 3. Ensure the Fridge Freezer is levelled correctly. To allow the doors to self-close, the appliance should tilt back about 15mm or 0.5°.
