• 1. If the appliance has just been turned on no ice will be produced for 24 hours and the appliance must be at -18°c.
  • 2. If you do not dispense ice for long periods of time, ice may clump in the Ice Bucket. If this occurs please remove all of the ice and empty the bucket.
    Note: See the "How to remove the Ice Bucket" topic for more information on using the Ice Bucket.
  • 3. If the appliance has been powered off for too long, the ice in the bucket will melt and the water will flow out of the refrigerator on to the floor. To avoid this remove all the ice from the Ice Bucket before switching off the appliance.
  • 4. If ice doesn't come out, please check for any ice stuck in the chute and remove it.
    Note: Do not put your fingers, hands or any unsuitable objects in the ice chute or ice bucket. This can cause personal injury or material damage.
  • 5. If you are leaving the appliance for a long period of time and your appliance has a mains water connection, close the water valve to prevent leaks.

  • 6. When the Ice Maker dumps ice into the bucket, any sounds you hear are part of normal operation.
  • 7. Ice may stop coming out if the water tank has been filled without removing it from the appliance. The water tank must be removed to be filled.
    Please wait 24 hours before testing again.
  • 8. Remove and fully refit the water storage box to prime the pump.

  • 9. Clear any ice from behind the ice bucket.
