    Check the user manual for the correct temperature setting for your appliance. This usually is not a fault and shows that the appliance is working properly.

  • 2. Ensure the doors are correctly closed.
  • 3. Check the door seals for cracks or debris which could allow warm air to get in.

    Place a piece of paper in the door seal and close the door. If the paper is easy to remove, the door is not sealing correctly.
  • 4. Leaving the door open for long periods of time and cause the appliance to frost up.
  • 5. Check that bottles, containers or boxes are not preventing the door from closing.
  • 6. Cover wet, uncovered and warm food.
