1. Check the door seals, hinges and the edge of the frame for any food residue or obstructions. Wash the door seals using a mild detergent and warm water ensuring that all surfaces are clean and free from debris.

2. Ensure the top of the appliance is tilted back by 10-15mm to allow the doors to self close.

3. Check to see if anything inside is preventing the door from closing.
4. Check to see if the doors are lining up correctly, they may need adjusting.
